Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)
We want you to love what you wear from House of Mora, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are processed as store credit only, valid for 1 year. We do not offer bank refunds on any item.
• Sale items (Birthday Sale, Dress Fest Sale, End of Season Sale, Monsoon Sale 50% OFF or more, promotions like B1G1/B2G2, Final Sale, Flat Price Sales, and Black Friday Sale) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Accessories (belts) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Your first exchange is free (excluding sale items). Additional exchanges or size changes incur a n150 courier fee.
• Exchanges can be made for any available style; any price difference will be settled via a secure payment link.
• For an exchange or return, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• No store credit will be issued if a non-House of Mora item is returned/exchanged, or if labels/stitching have been altered.
• Once a request is placed, pickup is arranged within 48 hours; replacements or store credit vouchers are issued after a quick quality check.

Reporting Sizing Issues, Damages, or Defects
• If you receive an item with a sizing concern, defect, or damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
(within 24 hours for damaged or missing items).

• Please record a clear unboxing video/photo — this is required to verify and process your claim quickly.
• Damaged or defective items are replaced with the same product. If unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or receive store credit.
Store Credit
• Issued for returns, lower-value exchanges, or price differences.
• Valid for 1 year from date of issuance, non-extendable.
• Remaining balance stays active on the same code.
• Cannot be used with COD orders.
E-Gift Cards
• COD is not available for eGift Card purchases.
• No discounts or promotional offers apply to eGift Cards or orders containing them.
• Non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable once purchased.
• Cannot be purchased using another gift card.
• Valid for 1 year from date of purchase, non-extendable.
Important Notes
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please ensure the correct item is returned. If the wrong item is sent back, we'll try our best to help recover it, but House of Mora is not responsible for any resulting loss.
• We do not offer bank refunds or account-sourcing services.
