Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery
• Standard shipping (domestic) is ₹50. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional ₹100 fee.
• We strive to dispatch orders within 48 hours of placement.
• Orders placed after 12 PM Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next working day.
International Shipping
• We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, regardless of reason.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
Payment & Order Notes
• COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹5,000.
• COD is not available for eGift Card purchases.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Coupon Codes
• Only one coupon code is applicable per order.
• Coupon codes are generally valid for a single use per customer.
• A Gift Voucher and a coupon code can be applied together.
